Harry Bebawy: New Owner & Licensee of Physio Australia Elwood.
That’s right, at Physio Australia we don’t just help our clients and members of the community. We have put together a brand license agreement that collects all of the Intellectual property that has made this brand an amazing success and are now making it available to Physiotherapists that want to start their own practice.
We are now very proud to announce our first Physio Australia Brand licensee:
Hany (Harry) Bebawy.
Hany graduated from Charles Sturt University with Distinction 90% – top of his class.
He worked for more than five years in sporting clubs such as Rugby, Soccer, Australian Football, Tennis, Hockey.
He has treated many sports injuries such as ankle, shoulder, knees as well as neck and back injuries. He also participated in many sports events such as the Australian Master Games in Adelaide in 2015.
Harry was appointed as a tutor of Anatomy by the University of South Australia in 2015 where he ran tutorials twice a week for first-year students of different discipline such as Physiotherapy, Nursing, OT, Exercise Physiology.
In the past, Harry has worked for many years as a private tutor of Anatomy, Physiology, Chemistry, Biology and Genetics.
Originally a veterinarian doctor by background, where he graduated from Cairo University in Egypt in 2003. He is still registered as a veterinarian doctor in Egypt.
However, he enjoyed sports and treating people more than his work as a vet, hence, he decided to start from scratch studying physiotherapy.
Harry enjoys treating people and getting their feedback.
He believes that a good physio should understand a patient’s condition from all biopsychosocial aspects and introduce a holistic approach to treatment.
Throughout his working career, Harry has received very positive feedback and has been awarded a star award in one of the aged care facilities he worked in. This was a result of him being able to walk a patient who was previously chair-bound for six months.
Harry enjoys working with all ages and variable injuries.
His styles of treatment include a mix of hands-on, exercise prescription and education of people.
Harry is managing his team of physiotherapists in Physio Australia Elwood clinic.

Need a physiotherapist? Get in touch with Physio AUS!
Using our unique AUS system, we’ll go further, getting right to the heart of your pain, aches, or other issues.
Our physiotherapists in Elwood also analyse how you use your body and determine if that has any bearing on the problem.
If need be, we’ll look at your lifestyle and how you use your body to identify potential issues.
For example, if you perform physical labour, we’ll look at your work habits and help adjust your movements or prescribe tools and aids to take the pressure off your body.
Don’t let pain stop you from living your life.
Can’t make it in-person? We also offer online consultations and pilates sessions too!
