One word: healing
Hi,
Ben here, director of Physio Australia. I’m known for making a huge difference in the lives of those who suffer from muscle pain.
Regular physiotherapy is preventative – it’s all about building you up to the point where you don’t need to worry about pain anymore.
Remedial treatments on the other hand are all healing.
It’s not fair to say that remedial treatments support physiotherapy. In my opinion, the two complement each other – I’ve often prescribed both physiotherapy and remedial treatments to successfully resolve a client’s pain.
Using a mixture of proven remedial treatments, techniques and strategies, we encourage healing in the affected parts of your body. The result is a complete and total recovery and a permanent end to your pain.
To avoid things going from bad to worse we’re currently offering you an incentive: book your initial Breakthrough consult before 31st December 2018 and get

Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage is a common physio treatment that is also often used as a standalone therapy in some cases of muscle pain.
We target damaged, knotted or immobilised tissue deep in your body, which:
- Improves circulation
- Releases tension
- Helps repair tissue damage
Dry needling
Many cases of muscle pain are caused by trauma or strain to specific parts of your muscles – these are known as trigger points, and often result in knots and hypersensitivity.
Combining the ancient art of acupuncture with modern science, dry needling directly targets these trigger points, relaxing the targeted muscle and releasing chronic muscle tension.
